Beauty, brains and personality all in one small package! Lettie is Hazels younger sister and I adore her. She is very biddable and fun to train... she is a thinker and loves to offer new behaviors. She is indifferent with people outside of her friend circle - could take them or leave them. She is very friendly and patient with other dogs, sometimes too patient, and loves to initiate a game of chase.
Lettie enjoys swimming and plopping off the dock. Agility is one of her favorite games and she is fast and driven (and sometimes loud lol)  but she does exhibit mild symptoms of ETS (Early Takeoff Syndrome) so those sports are not our priority. 

Letties first love is herding! Her very first time on sheep at just over a year old she went to work like she had been doing it since she was born. Our herding instructor was so impressed that she asked to buy her from me! The highest compliment I could have received on my young dog! She has natural outruns and flanks, good distance and reads her stock extremely well. She works sheep and goats on a regular basis has trialed and placed in AKC and USBCHA trials.

Lettie has a very high prey drive so we do the occasional barn hunt trial, which she loves. In her spare time she enjoys chasing squirrels, watching the chickens and digging for moles.
